You can order up to 5pm the day before, however we would kindly request 24 hours when possible.

If your order is over 50 people please allow 72 hours notice.

If you are in a real bind and need an order please call 01179256381 and we will do our best to accommodate.

== CANCELLATION POLICY ==

  • Orders for fewer than 10 people:
    Cancellations must be submitted using the online cancellation form no later than 12pm ONE (1) working days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • Orders for 10–20 people:
    Cancellations must be submitted using the online cancellation form no later than 12pm TWO (2) working days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
    Cancellations made within this period will incur a 10% charge to cover costs associated with food purchases.
  • Orders for more than 20 people:
    Cancellations must be submitted using the online cancellation form no later than 12pm THREE (3) working days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
    Cancellations made within this period will incur a 20% charge to cover costs associated with food purchases.

Please allow 48 hours notice for breakfast orders, particularly if there hot items in your order.

Breakfast deliveries requested before 8.30am are subject to a £50.00 staffing charge. Delivery after 8.30 is free.

All prices quoted on the website do not include VAT. Our VAT number is 0166601314

Our minimum order is £50.00. If you order is less than this in value, you can increase the number of items on your order or we can simply invoice at £50.00

We guarantee our deliveries by 12.30pm to central Bristol, Filton, Emmersons Green and Aztec West.

Deliveries to Keynsham, Avonmouth and Portishead are guaranteed by 1pm.

We will make every effort to accommodate specific times, but we can not give specific delivery slots.

We offer free delivery to Central Bristol, Emmersons Green, Filton, Aztec West, Avonmouth and Portishead.

We will issue an invoice within 7 days of your delivery. There is a payment link on the covering email, just click on the link, that will take you to a secure page where you can process your transaction.

We have 30-40 different fillings which we vary on a daily basis, we offer a varied selection for each order.

We vary the savoury items we offer, this provides clients with a varied selection day to day. We don’t offer the option to choose your items as this restricts the variety we can offer day to day. We do however offer an extensive and varied selection.

Examples of savoury items are Chicken & Chorizo Skewers, Chickpea Falafel, Mini Halloumi Sliders, Gourmet Sausage Rolls…

All allergens must be specified on your order form, we provide allergen sheets, covering the main 14 allergens, for all items in your order. This enables you to cross reference all the items in your order.

If you have a specific requirement e.g. Vegan, we will box this separately.

We do not include plates and napkins as standard, these can be requested at a cost of £1.00pp +VAT
